2019 ZQ Class announcement
Master Jared and Joan Meier will be teaching Zhineng Qigong Basic Theories and Practices. If you have been attending practice sessions and have any questions about Zhineng Qigong, this is the perfect opportunity to increase your understanding and take your practice to a deeper level. The class consists of 6 sessions taught on Saturdays from 6-8pm beginning September 7 through October 12 and will teach a variety of topics such as:

- Qi Field Theory
- How to organize a qi field to improve your practice

- What is and how to dissolve heart stones
- Hun Yuan Qi for healing
